CONQR FLIPPITY Plan Use Rules

Effective Date: March 27, 2026

These plan use rules apply to CONQR FLIPPITY. By using FLIPPITY or purchasing a FLIPPITY plan, you agree to these rules in addition to the general CONQR Terms of Service.

1. Plan limits at a glance

The limits below are account limits. Unless we state otherwise, "screens" are measured by saved FLIPPITY board configurations on the account.

  • Free: Public site use only. No saved screens. No downloads. Preset board sizes only.
  • Personal: Single-user personal use. 1 saved screen. 100 downloads per 30 days. 1,200 cells per saved board.
  • Business: Commercial use for one business. 20 saved screens. 1,000 downloads per 30 days. 4,000 cells per saved board.
  • Enterprise: Custom or large-scale use. Custom. Custom. Custom by agreement.

2. Free

Free is for basic public-site use only.

  • You may use the live FLIPPITY experience on the site.
  • Free does not include saved screen slots.
  • Free does not include PNG, GIF, or MP4 downloads.
  • Free does not include custom board resizing beyond the preset layouts provided on the site.

3. Personal

Personal is for one person using FLIPPITY for their own non-commercial projects.

  • You may use FLIPPITY for your own personal, non-business work.
  • Personal includes 1 saved screen slot.
  • Personal includes up to 100 total downloads per rolling 30-day period across PNG, GIF, and MP4 exports.
  • Personal saved boards may be resized up to 1,200 cells.
  • You may not use Personal for a business, organization, venue, or client.

4. Business

Business is for one business using FLIPPITY within normal small-business limits.

  • You may use FLIPPITY for customer-facing or internal business displays for your own business.
  • Business includes up to 20 saved screen slots.
  • Business includes up to 1,000 total downloads per rolling 30-day period across PNG, GIF, and MP4 exports.
  • Business saved boards may be resized up to 4,000 cells.
  • You may not use one Business plan to serve multiple unrelated businesses or clients as a hosted service.

5. Enterprise

Enterprise is for custom, high-volume, multi-location, or otherwise non-standard use.

  • Enterprise may include custom limits, self-hosting, or separate commercial terms.
  • Contact info@runconqr.com for enterprise pricing.

6. Enforcement and changes

  • We may technically enforce plan limits through account caps, quotas, throttles, or similar controls.
  • We may reject saves, exports, or downloads that exceed your current plan.
  • We may suspend, limit, or terminate accounts whose usage creates abuse, cost, stability, or security problems.
  • We may update plan limits, pricing, or plan structure in the future. Changes apply prospectively unless required otherwise by law.

7. No resale or service bureau use

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, you may not resell, sublicense, white-label, host, or run FLIPPITY as a service for third parties.
