CONQR Community Policy
Effective Date: January 30, 2026
A note from Kris — Immortal Warlord of CONQR (aka founder/CEO)
Hey Conqr-ors! CONQR is a community built to help us be our best selves and help each other show up consistently. Be respectful, be safe, and don't be mean or be a creep. If you're doing something that would make someone dread opening the app, it doesn't belong here.
(With the exception of taking their territory. That's kind of the game. Different kind of dread.)
Be good to your fellow humans.
Cheers! Kris
This Community Policy is part of the CONQR Terms of Service and applies to all community features.
1. Community goals
CONQR exists to encourage consistent fitness, friendly competition, and community encouragement. Treat others with respect and do not use CONQR to harm, target, or exploit people.
2. Who can use community features
2.1 General access
Users can participate in community features as they are made available, including reactions, celebrations, guilds, announcements, and events.
2.2 Users under 18
If CONQR knows or reasonably believes you are under 18, we may apply additional restrictions by default for safety and privacy, including limiting public identity and leaderboards and restricting guild creation or event hosting. These restrictions may change over time.
3. Respect and conduct standards
You may not use CONQR to harass, threaten, discriminate against, stalk, or harm others.
The following are prohibited:
- Hate speech, slurs, or degrading content targeting protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or similar attributes
- Racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise discriminatory conduct or content
- Bullying, intimidation, or repeated unwanted contact
- Threats of violence or encouragement of violence
- Promotion or encouragement of self-harm, suicide, or disordered eating
- Stalking, doxxing, or sharing personal information without consent
- Coordinating or participating in targeted harassment campaigns against individuals, whether on or off the Service
- Sexual harassment or sexually explicit content
- Sexual content involving minors or any attempt to sexualize, groom, or exploit minors
- Impersonation of other users, public figures, or CONQR staff
- Scams, phishing, or deceptive attempts to obtain money, accounts, or personal information
- Spam, commercial solicitation, or abusive promotion where posting is available
4. Names, crests, and identity
Your display name, guild name, crest, and any in-app designs must comply with this Policy. This includes attempts to use otherwise neutral shapes or symbols to form offensive imagery or messages.
We may require you to change a name or reset a crest, and repeated violations may lead to suspension or termination.
5. Guilds and self-moderation
5.1 Guild types and membership
Guilds may be public or private.
- Private guilds are invitation-only.
- Public guilds may allow open joining or may require an invitation or approval.
5.2 Location-based guild discovery
Public guilds may be organized by area, such as global, city-level local, or approximate hyperlocal groupings. These are designed to be imprecise and to reduce stalking risk, but they are not a guarantee of anonymity.
Any attempt to identify, monitor, follow, or track another person through location-based features is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination.
5.3 Guild owner tools
Guild owners may have tools to approve members, remove members, and restrict participation within their guild, including banning a user from the guild space. Guild owner actions apply only within that guild.
5.4 Guild owner standards
Guild owners must follow this Policy. Do not use guild tools to harass, stalk, retaliate, or target others. Private guilds may set membership criteria consistent with their purpose, but may not use membership restrictions to harass, target, or discriminate in violation of this Policy. If you cannot manage a guild responsibly, your guild tools may be restricted and the guild may be removed.
6. Cheating and abuse of systems
You may not:
- Use GPS spoofing, bots, emulators, automation, or fabricated activity data
- Use multiple accounts, shared accounts, or coordinated manipulation of rankings, leagues, or territory
- Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an advantage
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service
7. Posts, announcements, and reactions
7.1 Posts and announcements
Posts and announcements must be relevant and must not include harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, discriminatory content, or calls to unsafe behavior. We may limit or remove content at any time.
7.2 Reactions and encouragement
Reactions should be supportive and must not be used to harass or target others.
7.3 External links
You may include links to relevant external content (e.g., race registrations, event pages). Links must be safe, relevant, and accurately labeled. Use of misleading links, malicious sites, or links posted solely for commercial spam is prohibited. We may remove any link at our discretion.
8. Events and real-world meetups
8.1 Events are user-hosted
Events are created and hosted by users. CONQR does not verify organizers, venues, permits, route safety, or participant screening and does not supervise events.
8.2 Organizer standards
If you create or host an event, you must:
- Provide accurate details and not mislead participants
- Comply with laws, venue rules, and permit requirements
- Avoid encouraging unsafe activity, trespass, or harassment
- Not discriminate, intimidate, or target individuals or groups
- Not pressure users to share personal information beyond what is reasonably necessary to participate
8.3 Participant standards
If you attend an event, you do so voluntarily and at your own risk. You are responsible for your safety, conduct, and decisions. If you feel unsafe, leave and contact local authorities if needed.
8.4 Off-platform contact and exploitation
Do not pressure others to share phone numbers, social accounts, or addresses. Do not attempt to move interactions off-platform for harassment, sexual content, or targeting minors. Any sexual content involving minors or attempts to exploit minors will result in immediate enforcement action.
9. Reporting, blocking, and enforcement
9.1 Reporting and blocking
You can block users or report users, content, guilds, announcements, or events through in-app reporting where available or by emailing info@runconqr.com.
9.2 Enforcement actions
We may take enforcement action at our discretion, including:
- Issuing warnings for minor or first-time violations
- Removing or limiting content visibility
- Resetting or modifying names, crests, or in-app creations
- Restricting features such as posting, announcing, or creating events
- Removing users from guilds or leagues
- Suspending or terminating accounts
We may act with or without notice, especially for safety-related issues or severe violations.
9.3 No guarantee of perfect enforcement
We do not guarantee that all violations will be caught or addressed immediately.
9.4 Appeals
If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may contact info@runconqr.com with relevant details within 30 days of the action. We may, but are not required to, reverse an enforcement action.
9.5 Child safety and mandatory reporting
CONQR has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or the exploitation of minors. If we become aware of CSAM or suspected exploitation of minors on the Service, we will report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law and cooperate with law enforcement.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to address new features, risks, or legal requirements. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance.
