Delete your CONQR account (Swank Labs LLC)

If you use CONQR and want your account deleted, follow these steps:
- Open the CONQR app.
- Go to Profile → Support.
- Tap Delete My Account.
- Confirm deletion when prompted.
- If you can’t access the app, email info@runconqr.com from your account email and request account deletion.
What data is deleted
- Account profile data (such as email and account settings)
- Run/workout history, including associated route and activity records
- Connected-platform tokens used for integrations (for example, Strava) as part of account deletion workflows
- FLIPPITY synced workspace settings, saved flipper presets, and saved scenes
- FLIPPITY account-owned stored share links
- Private FLIPPITY export files stored in Supabase Storage
- Other account-linked gameplay and progress data
What data may be kept
- Aggregated or de-identified analytics that cannot reasonably identify you
- Limited operational/security logs needed for fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance
- Browser-local fallback settings that remain on a shared device until that browser storage is cleared
- Residual backup copies for a limited period
Retention timeline
If you delete your account from inside the app, account data is deleted as soon as the request is processed. If you email support because you cannot access the app, we process that deletion request within 28 days, subject to the limited exceptions above.
